Marc Jeffrey Grobman is a native of New York, with cerebral palsy. He is degreed in anthropology and psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Marc spent many years in the corporate world of the pharmaceutical and chemical industry (pre and post college) before turning his sights on his long-time passion for theater and acting. He has studied with a number of prestigious acting schools, and private coaches; even beginning his NYC acting education at Circle Repertory Theater. Marc became a member of SAG-AFTRA. He also tried his hand behind the camera making several documentaries focused on people with disabilities and disabled issues while at Downtown Community TV/DCTV/ConnecTV.

In 2008, Marc left the acting world as a professional actor due to personal family circumstances which led him to devote himself once again to philanthropic endeavors.

During his younger days Marc skied with the Winter Park Disabled Ski Team in Colorado, training and racing domestically and internationally. In addition, Marc was a competitive para-equestrian under the tutelage of Winslow Therapeutic Riding and Borderland Farm in Warwick, New York. His mentors in these programs, and a few key others from early on, encouraged him to accept himself, be proud, and to try his best.

Marc hopes to inspire and help others with disabilities to live out their dreams and goals through the work of The Middle Third Foundation.
